Existing Infrastructure
The available design space to implement efficient design geometries is constrained by existing infrastructure both at the western edge of P62 and along Pine Knoll Dr.
Existing Trees
As in according to our clients instructions, Earthwise Civil Solutions can not design construction within the dripline of trees. This includes most existing trees including small trees as well as non-native trees. If Earthwise does require the removal of tree(s), an additional removal cost will need to be account for. This construct decrease the feasibility of construction in some areas around the parking lot.
Updated Areas of Opportunity:
With the given constraints, areas of opportunity were determined:
- Downstream Basin
- West Boundary
The area notated as the "Porkchop", because of its shape, was eliminated as a feasible option of storage.
