All of the connector components of the thrust reverser, such as screws, nuts, and washers, are all from McMaster-Carr for a cost of $73.28.  The linkage arms will all be made out of Al 6061-T6 aluminum sheet metal and supplied by Onlinemetals.com for a cost of $12.78.  The clamshell bucket doors will be made of AISI 316 L stainless steel and supplied by Onlinemetals.com for a cost of $25.56.  The Firgelli L12 linear actuator will be supplied by Firgelli Technologies for a cost of $80.  Labor for building the thrust reverser is assumed to be done by employees of Edwards Air Force Base.  At a standard rate pay for beginning engineers or interns over an estimated three week building period, the cost of labor would be $2,400.  The total estimated cost of the thrust reverser assembly is $2591.62.
