Flagstaff, AZ

Computer-aided drafting (CAD) services. Create and update CAD drawing of mechanical components, electrical schematics, site plans, and slurry graphs. Other responsibilities include plotter maintenance, inventory control, software and hardware computer upgrades, and vendor communications.

Boeing Commercial Airline Group

Seattle, WA

Tool design for the production and assembly of the 757-300 airplane. Tool designs required analysis of the manufacturing process, concepting, and producibility by utilizing engineering principles. Responsible for completing written reports, spreadsheets and detailed solid models of all designs. Completed three CATIA training classes including solid modeling.

Northern Arizona University

Teaching assistant -- Engineering Design and Graphics. Assist professors in teaching the engineering process: two and three dimensional computer design, problem solving, analysis and design projects.

Assisted Dr. Howell produce a tutorial textbook for Mechanical Desktop design software.

Team design won best of class. Design chosen by Autodesk to promote their new Mechanical Desktop software.

National Design Competition

Freshman team design project chosen to represent Northern Arizona University in The National Design Graphics Competition.
